Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before entering THE BEAT CHALLENGE competition. By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The competition is open to individuals of all ages, nationalities, and backgrounds. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of the competition organizers and sponsors are not eligible to participate.
Participants must submit their entry via the official competition website by the specified deadline. Entries must be original and must not infringe upon the copyrights or intellectual property rights of any third party. Each participant may submit only one entry.
Entries must be in good taste and appropriate for all audiences. Obscene, offensive, or inappropriate content will result in immediate disqualification. Entries must not contain any harmful or defamatory material that could damage the reputation of any individual, organization, or group. Any form of plagiarism or copying from other sources will lead to disqualification.
Entries will be judged based on vocal talent, originality, and overall performance. The decision of the judging panel is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the judging process or results.
Prizes will be specified on the competition’s official website. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives. All applicable taxes and fees on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
Winners will be notified via the contact information provided during the entry submission process. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.
By participating, contestants grant the competition organizers the right to use their names, likenesses, and entries for promotional and advertising purposes without further compensation.
The competition organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent or unsportsmanlike conduct. Any false information provided by participants will result in immediate disqualification.
The competition organizers, sponsors, and partners are not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries or for any technical, network, electronic, computer, hardware, or software malfunctions or failures. Participants agree to release and hold the competition organizers harmless from any and all liabilities, losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind arising out of or in connection with their participation in the competition.
The competition organizers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time with or without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the competition organizers’ decisions will be final and binding.
The competition organizers will receive a 30% royalty of any amount made by any of the participants, their relatives, friends or family that uses THE BEAT CHALLENGE SOUNDTRACK for their song, commercials, events soundtracks etc.
By entering the competition, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in disqualification from the competition or a legal action in relative to the ROYALTIES
